Nigel was brilliant, BT had messed me around and he came over. Checked out the issues and gave me a clear breakdown of what was needed. He showed me using his diagnostic equipment as to prove what work he would need to carry out and then proceeded to complete the work. He worked hard and efficiently making minimal mess and cleaning up after him. He was polite and clear with everything throughout. A great person to have sort any of your digital needs. Highly recommend.

Came at time arranged and carried out work (finding aerial fault and repairing, fitting aerial) in a highly professional, skilled and efficient manner. For a while we have had a problem with our TV, bad signal, missing channels and tuned to West Midlands instead of East Midlands. We wanted to use a local person so we googled Aerial Installation for our area and Nigel came up. I read through the reviews which were all positive and rang that same day. We arranged for him to come the following day in the afternoon BUT in the morning Nigel rang to say he had a cancellation and could he come in the morning which was perfect. He was extremely professional and respectful of us and our situation ( my father is bedridden and my mum is on oxygen). He explained everything that he was going to do and spent around two hours replacing the old aerial and firing new cables plus retuning the TV. It’s now been a week and I cannot praise Nigel enough for the work. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Exceptionally impressive service from Nigel. He called morning of the appointment to confirm when he would arrive, then called about 15 mins later to apologise that he was delayed due to accident on A52. We had really poor signal for terrestrial TV so he did a thorough survey, explained the issues and gave a detailed quote. There was absolutely no pressure from him to proceed, but we were really pleased with the price, so he carried out the works there and then. Delighted with the result, and Nigel was polite, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

I selected NK Digital from their reviews on Trustpilot, and I certainly wasn't disappointed by the very high service provided by Nigel. He arrived ahead of schedule, after phoning first, and despite the awful weather he fitted a new digital aerial (after testing the signal from the existing aerial, which was very low). Nigel provided me information throughout his visit and I was left in no doubt what was required. Nigel is very professional and I would highly recommend NK Digital. -

Nigel gave me an exact time of arrival and he arrived on time. He inspected my loft and gave a price which was acceptable. Then he completed the fitting of an aerial and checked that the tv was ok, all within 45 minutes and all to covid safety. All in all a very professional experience.

I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the work done by this company. Nigel apologised for the delay in fitting my aerial (because of dreadful weather) but promptly rearranged his visit. He notified me 30mins prior to arrival and carried out the outside work with no inconvenience to myself. He needed to fit a new socket in my living room, involving drilling through my exterior wall, and left no mess whatsoever. Amazing! He ensured that my TV was receiving all channels and assured me that if I encountered any problems he would return to rectify any problem. I’m now the owner of a very fancy aerial and would happily recommend Nigel to anyone looking to replace theirs. -
Excellent work carried out on my home a few weeks back with new cables/booster, a new bracket for my digital aerial and a aerial socket in one of the bedrooms. Very tidy efficient and very reliable all at a great cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
