• Nigel was great i Phoned him 8.30am yesterday Monday 27 sept, told him my Issue he was Polite and he gave me an Appointment date which was meant for today Tuesday 28th. Then he later phoned me saying that he could come that Monday morning instead of Tuesday because someone let him down so i was chuffed about that a Day earlier. When he arrived he Introduced himself with a polite manner then he checked what needed doing and explained it to me then he was straight to his Van for his ladders and tools and on the Roof in no time Fitted a good quality Aerial neat and tidy Job , when he came into the house he put on Shoe protectors which i thought was Respectful for peoples Carpets not all will do that.He tuned in the TV and every Channel was fine explained if we have any problems just give him a Ring also a good 12 months Warranty .He's a nice Guy takes pride in his work. Definately recommend him without a Doubt.

• We have been having trouble with our satellite system recently as it kept losing signal when it rained. As we are about to move home, we felt this needed repairing before we left, so I called Nigel. He came today, telephoning about 30 minutes before he arrived, and went and inspected our dish and LNB. The latter had a hole in the top which was where rain was getting in. We opted to have the dish & LNB changed, and the work was quickly completed. Nigel tested the signal at our box, and we are now up and running again. Very many thanks for a job really well done.

It was sorted quickly, he didn’t need to fit a replacement aerial as it was a signal amplifier that wasn’t working.
